I’m a mother, a melody-maker, an observer of the magic in ordinary things. I live in Seattle with my husband and two beautifully spirited young boys. Life is full and messy and sweet.

I believe we are not separate from one another, or from nature. We are made of the same unseen energy that moves through stars, rivers & breath. It responds to frequency and intention. Guiding us always.

I believe suppressed emotions can manifest physically or mentally. With sound and subtle energy work, we are able to release energetic blockages and invite the flow back in.
We're Designed To Heal
I believe the body holds ancient intelligence. When we create the right energetic conditions, the body remembers how to return to balance. Healing is a return to your natural state of wholeness.
My Journey
I didn’t set out to become a healer. After studying communication, vocal performance and music industry at the University of Southern California, I challenged myself diligently singing and songwriting in Los Angeles. But this wasn't the life for me. I craved something more.
I moved back home to Seattle. And this work arrived gently, like a whispered reminder of something I already knew.
The Beginning
In 2014, I had a dear feline friend who became ill. I needed to find a way to ease her suffering. Reiki found me during this time and I was able to help her transition home. Fascinated by energy healing, I continued my studies and became a Reiki Master/Teacher, not realizing how profoundly it would shape my life.
I have Reiki to thank for the conception of my children after years of infertility struggles. This work also guided and held me through two unmedicated births, postpartum anxiety, identity loss, financial stress and the every day challenges of motherhood.
Transformation
I trained as a sound practitioner and completed my 200-hour certified sonic mastery education to bring music back into my world and deepen that sense of inner calm. I learned how vibration and frequency can move what words can’t.
I now use crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and my voice to speak a language our bodies remember. Shifting energy at the root, clearing space for stillness, insight and growth.
Today
Energy and sound healing didn’t erase the hard things. They helped me hold them with more grace. They gave me an anchor when the world felt too heavy. A way to reconnect when I felt far from myself. Over time, these practices became more than tools. They became home.
Today, my offerings blend subtle energy work with the vibrational healing of sound. My approach is nurturing and intuitive. Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking stillness in a noisy world, I meet you exactly where you are..
