This work found me when I needed it most. Not as a cure, but as a companion. A soft place to land when life felt too loud. Reiki and sound healing became my rituals of return.

These tools held me through infertility, postpartum waves, financial pressure, the sacred ache of motherhood, and moments when I couldn’t find myself in the mirror. They helped me find clarity where there was once only noise.
